Farm Happenings...Come meet up with us on Saturday at the Green Prize Festival. Sasha is part of the speaker series starting at 1. You can visit us in our booth during the day and chat us up, learn about our volunteer opportunities and where to find our products. See you Saturday!
Brunch this Sunday on the Farm!Farm Lot 59 along with Restauration invite you to join us for a meal on the farm! Buying tickets to this farm event helps us raise money to rebuild our greenhouse.
Here is the menu straight from Chef Erik:
First course; local Farm Lot greens, hard boiled eggs from our hens, croutons, english peas, Farm Lot fennel, goat cheese.
Second course; Grilled stuffed trout, pearl onion, snap peas, ramps, farro, brown butter
Third course; Lemon curd, whipped cream, strawberry, rosemary shortbread
This month we also have live music from Bearcoon!
