thank you!

You are an amazing group of people: Thank you to EVERYONE who donated and fundraised for us during our giving season. It was such a generous outpouring of love and support for Farm Lot 59 and our Living Classroom.

Soon we will be installing irrigation and planting with our friends at Adventures to Dream. We are so grateful to be able to share our farm and city with groups like this and so many more in the future!

seed swap Feb 4th 9-11

Join us at Farm Lot 59 Feb 4th from 9-11 to swap seeds and stories.

We welcome everyone to this donation based event. Experienced seed savers, new gardeners, people looking to add diversity to their gardens and local's looking for the best in the area.

Since this is the first swap we will allow any types of organic seeds but in the future we would love to see open-pollinated, local and non-commercial seeds only. These are the types of seeds that are best for planting in your gardens and of course only save the best of the best. Seed bank goals!

If you plan of swapping please arrive at 9:00. Swapping will begin at 9:30 with discussions and stories happening all morning. Your seeds must be labeled with the name, year collected, who grew them and any extra info you want to add.

We will have extra envelopes and markers to share but please bring your own. Jars are also great to saving seeds.

All left over seeds will be donated to the Farm Lot 59 seed bank for our Living Classroom, give aways and all our school gardens. We will also have a wildflower mix to give to you for coming out!

Donation is $5-10 per person accepted online or in person.

Let's make this a seasonal tradition and help spread diversity one seed at a time.
