Farm Lot 59 and Restauration invite you to join us for part two of our three brunch series. Chef Erick Simmons will announce his hyper-local menu the week of to ensure the freshest seasonal Farm Lot ingredients are used. I can give you a sneak peak and tell you fava, leeks, herbs, farm eggs and some fresh seafood will be on the plate.
The funds generated from this event will help fund the cost of our greenhouse rebuild. We rely on produce sales and community events to help cover the upkeep and maintenance costs of our small farm. We aim to be a focal point in your local food movement by producing organic produce, heirloom flowers, pastured eggs, education and training for our local citizen farmers.
