Our Valentines Benefit Brunch is 1/2 way SOLD OUT. Purchase your tickets now to save your seat for this delicious and fun event. 

The lovely Wide Eyes Open Palms will be cooking a 3 course meal for you along with speciality coffee, cocktails, and self guided farm tour. And you might even get a little special something for your romantic night.

In our mediterranean climate fruit trees grow very well here and everyone loves fresh fruit. Help us plant 25 more citrus and avocado tress on the farm. 10 more olive bushes, kiwi vines too! We also invite you to donate mature trees and gift cards. We appreciate it all.

If you are craving our salad mixes, fresh herbs and live microgreens you can now purchase them from Working Class Kitchen.  1322 Coronado Ave in the design district. They are the first butchery and deli in town breaking down whole animals, sustainable meat and our local greens. You are supporting local independent business and eating delicious food when you eat here.

Go check it out and grab our 
stuff to eat there or take home. We will be expanding our selection there as the demand increases. Let us know what you want to see in this space. Fruit? Eggs? More greens? We welcome all feedback.

Hello Long Beach Locals-
February 14th is less than a month away. If you are looking for something a little different to do with a loved one (romantic or otherwise) we invite you to the farm! This very unique event is a great way to spend the afternoon.

Farm happenings...
Hello Long Beach Locals-

Hi gang- Sorry if you are receiving this twice. We fixed a few problems and are resending. Thanks for your patience while we work out the new system.

This weekend we are hosting a great winter class. Container gardening! Come to the farm on Saturday for a beginners lesson on transplanting and what to grow now in your garden. You will leave with a pot full of rapini, kale, broccoli and more. Classes are rain or shine! Container Class Tickets here

February 14th we are very excited to host our first fundraiser brunch on the farm. The lovely Wide Eyes Open Palms will be cooking a 3 course meal for you. Please join us for speciality coffee, cocktails and a self guided farm tour. All proceeds go to our small farm. Let's make this first chef event of the year an awesome one!

If you are interested in helping out your local farm this spring applications are due this week! It takes a small village to make this farm happen. Join the crew and learn sustainable agriculture from the ground up. Seeding, weeding, crop rotation, irrigation, chicken keeping, our farm is biointensive and has a little bit of everything. If you are not the farming type but want to help out we also have donor relations, marketing and outreach and education positions available.

Farm happenings...
Hello Long Beach Locals-

We are loving our new website and hope you are too. We are trying out some new email platforms for you too. Trying to make it easier to get you the info you need. 

You can find lots of great info on volunteering, donating, visiting, purchasing our farm fresh goodies, history and more. Farmstand 59 opens in March the Second Saturday of the month and runs until October. Looking forward to that!
