This is an all-levels vinyasa flow practice built on the fundamentals. This class has a strong focus on alignment and breath and will give you the confidence you need to see that absolutely anyone can practice yoga. If you have an existing yoga practice, please join us and deepen your personal practice, exploring the subtleties and foundations of the fundamental poses. All levels welcome, some prior yoga experience suggested, but definitely not required.

  • please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle
  • wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in
11-12:30 Brunch
Sit down brunch will be provided by Restauration using Farm Lot 59 produce and eggs. We gladly serve coffee, tea, juice and water. If you have ever been to the restaurant or any of our combined brunches you know they are delicious and amazing. Everything is harvested the day before and cooked on site in our pop-up kitchen.
