Welcome to January and the beginning of our 2021 growing season. We are crewed up and ready to rock. We can't wait to get growing for our community, our giving program, and we promise you armloads of flowers. |

We would like to welcome back our volunteers to the farm in February. Our second Saturday workday will happen on February 13th from 8-11. We miss hosting and know you all are going stir crazy but please respect the rules we will be following. Our workday begins at 8 and ends promptly at 11. None one will be allowed on the farm after 8 am. This will make sure we know the number of people working and can delegate tasks to keep everyone distanced properly. Masks are fully required. No gloves will be shared, please bring your own. Please park up by the farmstand and walk down the road to the farm. All other deets remain the same and can be found here. |

Seeking Volunteer Orchardist |
|
|
We are looking for a volunteer orchardist who can help us care for and maintain our trees. We would be happy to train but if you have some experience that would be great too. We have tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. Someone who can trim, harvest, pest manage, and irrigate is ideal. We ask you to commit weekly to this position and it goes year-round. Email us if you are interested or have any questions.

2020 brought many changes to our small farm. One we are very proud of is our Farm Lot Gives program. Working with Chef Eugene Santiago creating farm to table meals for those in need has been a true highlight. We are currently seeking funds to build a small kitchen on the farm. This space will help close the loop and make our nutritious meals truly farm to family. Once we are able to open our outdoor classroom this space can also be used for nutrition and wellness classes, the possibilities are endless.
