chevre & walnut salad

ripe pinkerton avocado

tablespoons chevre
¼
cup toasted walnut pieces
Salt
and pepper

tbsp walnut oil
wash and dry your heirloom salad mix, peel and slice avocado
arrange on a platter. Crumble chevre over avocado and
walnuts.
Drizzle with walnut oil and salt and pepper.
MMM, nice recipe. I am thinking of my own. Spring greens, walnuts, mixed berries, blue cheese all tossed in balsamic vinegar and walnut oil. Maybe raspberry vinegar.
